UMBC Jazz Virtual Presentation – Online Event

Description
Throughout the semester, our jazz groups under the direction of Tom Baldwin, Tom Lagana, and Matt Belzer have been rehearsing and recording online and in-person. On December 6 at 3 pm, we will be presenting these recordings via Zoom to showcase the hard work of our students over the course of the semester. Join us for a video presentation of our two jazz small groups and the UMBC Jazz Ensemble featuring the music of Charlie Parker, Count Basie, Kenny Wheeler, Thad Jones, Wayne Shorter, and more. The presentation will include a live performance via Zoom.
