Audition for UMBC Gospel Choir/Jubilee Singers!

Interested in singing inspirational spirituals, anthems and gospel music written by black composers at UMBC? You can get your praise on, find lifelong friends and receive credit too! Auditions, will take place during the first day of class during Jubilee/Gospel Choir class time - Wednesday, August 28th in the PAHB Concert Hall from 5:15-6:30. About the Ensemble: The UMBC Jubilee Singers was created in 2001 by the director Janice Jackson for UMBC Gospel Choir members who were interested in receiving 300 level Humanities repeatable for credit. Spirituals, Anthems, and Gospel songs are the main emphasis.
