Composer and musician Ruby Fulton (b. 1981) writes music which invites listeners to explore non-musical ideas through sound. Her musical portfolio includes explorations of mental illness, Buddhism, philosophy, psychedelic research, addiction, and chess strategy; and profiles of iconic popular figures like the artist Jean-Michel Basquiat and musicians Syd Barrett and Whitney Houston. She has collaborated on interdisciplinary projects with thinkers and makers in the sciences and literary, movement and visual arts. |

Multi-instrumentalist/composer Matt Belzer has a diverse musical life. By age 22, he had received two degrees from the prestigious Eastman School of Music, having studied with Bill Dobbins, Fred Sturm, and Ramon Ricker. Since then, Matt has dedicated himself to projects ranging from traditional jazz to noise punk rock, R&B, contemporary chamber music, and modern creative jazz. In addition to his numerous projects, he is a very active freelance musician, regularly performing on woodwinds at the Kennedy Center, the National Theatre, and various theaters and concert halls in the region. He has performed with artists including Smokey Robinson, Hugh Jackman, CeeLo Green, Chaka Khan, Barry Manilow, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Bernadette Peters, Ariana DeBose and Renée Fleming. |

Trombonist Patrick Crossland was born in Jackson, Mississippi. Growing up in southern Louisiana, he began playing trombone at age 10. His musical study continued at the University of Southern Mississippi, the Manhattan School of Music, the Royal College of Music, the University of Minnesota, and the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik – Trossingen. An enthusiastic advocate of contemporary music, he has collaborated with established and young composers from around the world. Prominent solo performances include the Walker Art Center’s “Festival Dancing In Your Head”, the Darmstadt Course for New Music, where he was awarded a Solo Performance Prize, and the American Trombone Workshop. He has created two multimedia performance projects – “V for Grock” and “Krieg dem Krieg” – which have been presented in the US and Europe. In addition to his activities as a soloist and chamber musician, he is an avid improviser, working with a wide range of musicians and dancers. He is a member of the Composers Slide Quartet and Ensemble Laboratorium. The music of Dr. Liana Pailodze Harron moves between worlds, weaving together Georgian heritage and American spirit, classical tradition and contemporary innovation, the intimate and the grand. Her performances have graced Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the New World Center, and the United Nations, and her work has been praised by Pulitzer Prize-winning critic Tim Page of The Wall Street Journal as “smashingly effective.” Driven by an unending artistic curiosity, she has shared stages with artists across the full spectrum, from rock icon Steven Tyler to the foremost classical virtuosos of our time, and has performed as soloist with orchestras including the Georgian Television Orchestra, the Shilakadze Chamber Orchestra, and the Frost Symphony Orchestra, consistently championing new and contemporary work.

Dustin Donahue is a percussionist dedicated to chamber music and contemporary music performance. He has performed with many of North America’s top presenters of chamber music, such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s Green Umbrella series, Lincoln Center’s Mostly Mozart Festival, Monday Evening Concerts, the Ojai Music Festival, the Park Avenue Armory, La Jolla Summerfest, and the Festival Internacional Cervantino.
He performs across the United States with groups such as the International Contemporary Ensemble, the Los Angeles Percussion Quartet, ECHOI, and the percussion group Red Fish Blue Fish. He is a member of the Partch Ensemble, a group dedicated to performances of newly-commissioned and historic works using Harry Partch’s specialized instrumentarium. He appears on recordings for Decca, Mode, Naxos, New Focus, Populist, and Stradivarius Records, including a 2017 recording of Pierre Boulez’s Le Marteau sans maître with the International Contemporary Ensemble. |

Dr. Lisa Cella, |
A champion of contemporary music, flutist Lisa Cella has performed throughout the United States and abroad. She is a founding member of NOISE, the resident ensemble of San Diego New Music. Lisa is co-artistic director of NOISE’s festival of modern music entitled soundON. Lisa performs with Jane Rigler and Carrie Rose in the flute collective inHale, a group dedicated to developing challenging and experimental repertoire for two and three flutes. She is a faculty member of the Soundscape Festival of Contemporary Music in Cesena, Italy and Nief-Norf in Knoxville, TN. She holds degrees from Syracuse University and Peabody Institute of Music. She received a DMA in contemporary flute performance under John Fonville at the University of California, San Diego. Her teachers include Robert Willoughby and John Oberbrunner. She is an associate professor of music at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. |

| Alan Wonneberger | Alan Wonneberger has been active in the music industry for over 30 years as a musician, composer, producer, recording engineer and teacher. He graduated from the University of Maryland, where he studied percussion with Ronald Barnett, and studied audio and electronics engineering with Emile Zugby (Electronic Processing Associates/NASA). Through the 1970’s and 1980’s Mr. Wonneberger designed and built specialized equipment for use in both commercial and military projects; some of these included archival restoration of magnetic wire and tape, vectoring/optical multiplexing of audio discs, and production of Voice Indexing for the Blind media. In 1985, in partnership with Catholic University, he realized and built Washington, DC’s first all-digital recording facility . He is frequently hired as a consultant, teaching advanced concepts in recording and studio design to both individuals and organizations nationwide. Mr. Wonneberger has engineered and produced over 1000 recordings, including hundreds of commercial releases. Current projects include the engineering of an 11 CD set of cello music for Apprentice Music, and serving as the Washington, DC producer for an ongoing series of recordings with composer and conductor Stephen Simon, featuring the London Philharmonic Orchestra. He continues his work as a musician and composer, and his work can be heard on several new recordings. |
