Ms. Sarah Baugher

Sarah A. Baugher (b. 1986) is a composer and recording engineer. In 2012 she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (MM in Composition), where she was a graduate assistant and managed the electronic music studios. She was also a member of the Greensboro Philharmonia. In 2009 she graduated from Christopher Newport University (BM in Composition and Theory) and was a fellow at the John Duffy Composers Institute with the Virginia Arts Festival in 2006. Her composition teachers include Brian Hulse, Aldo Forte, Christopher Cook, Mark Engebretson, and Alejandro Rutty. Sarah is currently the Music Technical Coordinator at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Sarah is a native of Virginia Beach, where she was educated in piano, harpsichord, viola, and vocal performance.
